What if there is a fault with the uniform?

This is very rare but if it does happen and the fault is in the manufacturing then the garment will be replaced or a full refund given. If the item has been damaged in any other way then it is unlikely to be replaced.

What if the uniform doesn’t fit?

Any uniform that doesn't fit will be exchanged or a full refund given provided the uniform is unused and hasn't been personalised.

Is there a delivery charge?

Standard delivery charge of £5.00 per order.

How do I pay?

If you order on line then you can pay for your order by Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account we will contact you for other payment details. If you'd rather pay by cheque please send your cheque and once we receive it we will despatch your order.

Payment must be received before orders are despatched unless arrangements have been made to pay on delivery.

How long does it take for uniform to arrive?

Orders are usually ready in a week or 10 days.

We get very busy during school summer holidays and orders take longer to process.

Please allow 2 weeks for your order to be processed
